Udang Goreng Mentega


Udang Goreng Mentega

15 -18 large shrimps with shells and tails on
half of onion, chopped
3 tbs sweet soy sauce
2 tbs soy sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 cloves of garlic, pressed
3 tbs of butter

Direction:
1. Soak shrimps with lime juice for 10 minutes.
2. Fry shrimps for 20 seconds. Put aside.
3. Add butter to a hot wok, add garlic and onion.
4. Add sweet soy sauce, soy sauce and pepper.
5. Add shrimp, mix with the sauce.
6. Serve with warm rice.
