Indomie Goreng Pedas
Recipe for two:
2 packages of Indomie Goreng
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp white pepper
yu choy or any green vegetables
shrimp
chinese dried black mushroom, soaked in water
cabbage
green onion, sliced
1 thai chili, deseeded
1 tbs sweet soy sauce
1/2 tbs soy sauce
1. Boil noodle until it's half done, drain them.
2. Heat up wok with 1 tbs of oil.
3. Add garlic and thai chilli, sautee until fragrant.
4. Put green onion, shrimp and cabbage.
5. Put noodle, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, half of the mie goreng seasonings, white pepper
6. Add yu choy, mix well.
7. Serve with fried egg and fried onions.

Rib eye steak

"Setup Sayuran" recipe:
- 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
- broccoli
- green beans
- 1 tbs butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp sugar
1. Boil the vegetables in a water with 1 tbs sugar until half done.
2. Heat up work with 1 tbs of butter, put the vegetables in.
3. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg and sugar. Mix well.
4. Serve.

Orak arik

1 carrot, shredded
bean sprouts
cabbage, thinly sliced
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tbs soy sauce (kecap asin)
1 egg
Direction:
1. Heat oil in a wok. Put garlic in it until fragrant.
2. Stir fry shredded carrots
3. Add bean sprouts and cabbage. Add pepper, fish sauce and soy sauce.
4. Add beaten egg, Mix everything (orak arik).
4. Serve over warm rice.

Recipe:
- half package of rice noodle
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 3 shrimps, diced
- 1 scrambled egg
- yu choy or any green vegetable
- 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
- chinese black mushrooms
- 2 tbs of soy sauce
- 1 tbs of fish sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
1. Heat oil in a wok, cook garlic until fragrant.
2. Add chicken, stir fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add shrimps, chinese black mushrooms.
4. Add noodles, vegetable, soy sauce and fish sauce. Stir fry and mix well.
5. Add scrambled egg.
6. Serve.

Udang Goreng Mentega

15 -18 large shrimps with shells and tails on
half of onion, chopped
3 tbs sweet soy sauce
2 tbs soy sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 cloves of garlic, pressed
3 tbs of butter
Direction:
1. Soak shrimps with lime juice for 10 minutes.
2. Fry shrimps for 20 seconds. Put aside.
3. Add butter to a hot wok, add garlic and onion.
4. Add sweet soy sauce, soy sauce and pepper.
5. Add shrimp, mix with the sauce.
6. Serve with warm rice.
